Return and Refund Policy

All of our designs are handmade and reprinted special for your order. We always strive to deliver the best quality goods and services to you. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we want to make that right. 

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return: Please notify us within 48 hours of your delivery to let us know if there is an issue.
• State of return: Package must be in original delivery box and condition.
• Reason for return: Returns will only be approved for incorrect, issues with the print service or damaged deliveries.
• Process for return: Please email shannon@shantangle.com within 48 hours of delivery with reason for return and request for replacement or refund. 
• Process of refund: Once return reasons are confirmed and approved, you should expect to receive confirmation of refund within 24 hours.
